U6L High Pressure Ultra Low Flow Back Pressure Regulator

Equilibar U6L back pressure regulators (BPRs) control pressure up to 6,000 psi and come in 1/16″, 1/8″, and 1/4″ port sizes. They are recommended in applications where there is very low fluid flow. The U6L BPRs are in Equilibar’s Research Series back pressure regulators.

Equilibar’s Research Series back pressure regulators (BPRs) are designed to meet the demanding requirements catalyst research and high pressure reactor control applications. All Equilibar Research Series products hold stable pressure across very wide flow ranges, and can handle liquids, gases, or multi-phase fluids. Equilibar BPRs can withstand highly aggressive chemicals and can perform at temperatures up to 450C.

Equilibar Research Series units are 1:1 dome-loaded, meaning that a pilot pressure must be supplied to the dome of the BPR equal to the desired setpoint. This pilot pressure can be supplied by a manual pressure regulator or by an electronic pressure regulator for computer automation.
