U6L High Pressure Ultra Low Flow Back Pressure Regulator

H3P High Pressure Back Pressure Regulator

The H3P is one of the most popular back pressure regulators in the Research Series. Most common connection style is NPT, though BSPP, HPLC, and other types are also available. The pressure range of 0-3000 psig is very popular for catalyst research applications.

H3P regulators are available in 1/16″, 1/8″, and 1/4″ port sizes.

Equilibar’s Research Series is designed to meet the demanding requirements catalyst research and high pressure reactor control applications. All our Research products hold stable pressure across very wide flow ranges, and can handle liquids, gases, or multi-phase mixtures. These products are commonly used with highly aggressive chemicals, and can perform at temperatures up to 450C.

Equilibar Research Series units are 1:1 dome-loaded, meaning that a pilot pressure must be supplied to the dome of the BPR equal to the desired set-point. This pilot pressure can be supplied by a manual gas regulator, or by an electronic pressure regulator for computer automation.

The HP Series is part of Equilibar’s patented multi-orifice design, in which more orifices open up as needed to accommodate increasing flow requirements. This design offers the highest possible precision in multi-phase flow applications.
