Leigh Anne Robinson, customer service manager, uses her diverse set of skills and her warm personality to make sure our customer responsiveness stays at the very highest level.

A native of Western North Carolina, Leigh Anne studied Information Systems in college and draws on more than 20 years of experience as a systems administrator. Her attention to detail is an asset as she keeps up with multiple administrative tasks. She works closely with customers as well as our engineering and production departments to make sure everyone has the information and documents they need in a timely manner.

“I like to stay busy and learn new things,” Leigh Anne says. “One of my favorite things about this job is learning all the different ways our fluid control valves are used around the world. I am constantly learning something new every day which makes my job interesting and fun.

Following up on quotes to see if customers have questions or comments is one of her primary responsibilities. She also answers the phone, enters orders and keeps up with many more tasks to make sure Equilibar runs smoothly.

Like many Equilibar team members, Leigh Anne likes to spend time outdoors in the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. She also enjoys sports and combines the two interests with golf. “I played sports all my life,” Leigh Anne said. “I played softball and basketball in school. I didn’t start playing golf until a little later, but I enjoy it a lot.”

In her spare time, Leigh Anne also likes to go antiquing. She collects Coca Cola memorabilia, including bottles and collectors’ items.

Looking to the future, Leigh Anne wants to keep learning more about the fluid control industry. “I’d like to learn more about how the valves are assembled. The whole process is interesting to me.”
