Janet Stiltner is Accounting and Human Resources Manager as well as a key member of our tactical leadership team. She has a broad background in business. She and her husband owned a trucking company for several years where she gained experience in many types of management and marketing.
Janet is an ISO 9001:2015 auditor and was instrumental in establishing both our quality system and our integrated management system. She keeps the whole business running smoothly and is happy to answer questions, especially about accounts payable or accounts receivable.
When she’s not at Equilibar, Janet enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, including her brand new granddaughter. Her son is an engineer who worked as Equilibar’s first summer intern.
