To our Equilibar customers and partners,

Regarding the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, I would like to assure our customers and other partners that Equilibar has adopted several measures to ensure that we can continue to support you as we move forward.

  1. Our engineers are working and welcome your inquiries. They are ready to answer questions and help you with any fluid control challenge. They are available via email and phone as well as many video conferencing platforms. Please don’t hesitate to contact them.
  2. Our skilled production team is working full time using recommended accommodations to ensure their safety and also to allow us to meet our commitments in a timely manner.
  3. We do not anticipate any supply problems at this time. We have ample stock available in our inventory, and our partner shops have raw material available to last for several months of manufacturing.

As others have noted, now more than ever is the time to collaborate to find innovative solutions to problems the world is facing. Our goal is to use this time not only to support our customers, but also to focus on R&D projects to expand our technology. We are giving special attention to our single-use fluid control valve for biopharmaceutical applications, but we also continue to work on products for fuel cell research, clean energy, and other vital endeavors. We welcome your ideas and challenges.
