Equilibar® Precision Vacuum Regulator

Incredibly stable vacuum control across varying flow rates!

Equilibar® now introduces a new type of vacuum regulator with more than 5X the flow stability of traditional spring regulators. That means that your vacuum process can remain stable even through wide variations in flow rate and supply pressures.

  • Uses a convenient 20-turn knob to adjust vacuum set-point
  • Is installed between your vacuum pump and your process
  • Controls in range 0 - 30 inHg
  • Sizes available 1/4" through 2"
  • Available in corrosive resistant materials (see below)

Dramatic Stability Improvement

Using the Equilibar® Vacuum Regulator


Using our new precision vacuum regulator is a snap. Simply connect your vacuum pump or house vacuum utililty to the Outlet port. Connect your process requiring precision vacuum control to the Inlet port. Adjust vacuum knob to achieve the desired vacuum level. 		Equilibar Vacuum Regulator


Selecting the right size
